We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation, which you can schedule on the “Contact” section of the website. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other a little, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if we feel like a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll discuss rates, scheduling, and find a time for your first session.

Yes! The practice is fully remote at this point. We’ll have our sessions online over the EHC system Theranest.

I currently do not accept insurance and operate as a private-pay provider. However I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement on request. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurer directly to ask about your benefits and whether services provided by an LPC Associate are eligible for reimbursement. I also reserve a limited number of reduced-fee sliding-scale spots based on availability.

My standard session fee is $150. I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Because coverage varies, I recommend checking with your insurance provider about your specific benefits. I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who need a reduced rate, which you’re welcome to ask about when you reach out.

I want your therapy schedule to feel both supportive and manageable. I generally recommend meeting weekly at the beginning so we have time to build a strong working relationship and create momentum toward your goals. Biweekly sessions may also be an option, while monthly or occasional check-ins are typically reserved for established clients who need less frequent support.

The length of therapy is different for everyone. Some people come to address a specific concern over a shorter period, while others are looking for deeper, longer-term exploration. We’ll clarify what you hope to gain from therapy, check in on your progress along the way, and shape our work around your evolving needs and goals.
